Expactations: 3–5 years of business development, partnerships, or sales experience within the startup ecosystem and a strong network among startups, accounting, professional services, and investors. Must be self‑directed yet collaborative across remote teams, with proven ability to originate and close B2B deals and a deep understanding of early‑stage and growth‑stage businesses. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across UK and US markets. - Build and maintain relationships with startups, founders, accounting firms, advisory firms, and investors. - Leverage professional networks to generate high‑quality leads and strategic partnerships. - Represent organization at industry events, startup accelerators, and investor meetings. - Develop and execute business‑development strategies aligned with growth objectives. - Collaborate with finance, marketing, and leadership to convert opportunities into long‑term clients. - Track pipeline activity, forecast revenue, and report on performance metrics. - Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and ecosystem developments in both geographies.
