Job Description
**Job Title**: Office Support Coordinator (Contract) **Role Summary**: Ensure efficient day-to-day operations in a home healthcare setting by coordinating caregiver schedules, managing client communications, and maintaining accurate records. Provide in-person administrative support to facilitate timely delivery of home care services. **Expectations**: Temporary full-time contract, 5 days/week (8am-4pm or 9am-5pm). Requires in-person office attendance. Start date: January 2026. **Key Responsibilities**: - Schedule management: Adjust and fill caregiver shifts, resolve urgent scheduling conflicts. - Client care coordination: Address client care requests, service updates, and emergencies. - Communication: Handle high-volume phone/email communications with clients/caregivers. - Technical support: Provide AlayaCare software and mobile app assistance to caregivers. - Documentation: Maintain up-to-date records in EMR systems (AlayaCare). - Quality assurance: Support internal audits and compliance with care standards. - Collaboration: Coordinate with office and care teams to align client needs with caregiver availability. **Required Skills**: - Minimum 2 years’ healthcare or fast-paced customer service experience. - Proficiency in healthcare scheduling software (e.g., AlayaCare). - Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to troubleshoot issues with professionalism and empathy. - Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook). - Multitasking capability in a high-volume environment. - Detail-oriented with consistent attendance. **Required Education & Certifications**: - Secondary school diploma required. - Certificate in Office Administration, Medical Terminology, or related field preferred.
