Job Description
**Job title:** Enterprise Account Manager **Role Summary:** Lead the management and expansion of high‑value enterprise accounts, driving revenue growth, ensuring client satisfaction, and collaborating cross‑functionally to unlock new opportunities. **Expactations:** - Achieve quarterly and monthly sales targets within a £3M+ portfolio. - Deliver a Net Revenue Retention (NRR) of 120%+ in prior roles. - Maintain minimal churn and high client satisfaction scores. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute structured account plans for existing enterprise clients. - Manage end‑to‑end renewal processes, negotiating terms and mitigating churn. - Build and sustain executive‑level relationships with C‑suite stakeholders. - Forecast pipeline accurately; prioritize opportunities to meet revenue objectives. - Coordinate with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing to resolve blockers and add value. - Provide regular reporting on account performance, risks, and growth prospects. **Required Skills:** - Proven track record of driving revenue growth in enterprise/strategic accounts (≥£250k annual). - Strong commercial acumen; experience negotiating complex, multi‑stage contracts. - Excellent pipeline management, forecasting, and prioritisation abilities. - Ability to challenge executive thinking and steer high‑level commercial conversations. - Highly organized, self‑motivated, and capable of thriving in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments. - Outstanding customer‑service mindset with a commitment to exceed client expectations. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. - Relevant sales or account‑management certifications (e.g., Certified Account Manager, CRM proficiency) preferred.
