Job Description

**Job Title:** Software Integration Consultant **Role Summary:** Consultants partner with customers both on‑site and remotely to gather functional and technical requirements, design and configure customized Esker order‑to‑cash and purchase‑to‑pay solutions, and ensure successful deployment and adoption. **Expectations:** - Fluent in English and Dutch. - Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross‑functional teams. - Strong customer‑service orientation and professional presentation skills. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct requirement workshops with clients to define functional and technical needs. - Develop technical designs and configure Esker solutions (interfaces, reports, workflows). - Code, test, and supervise implementation of order‑to‑cash and purchase‑to‑pay modules. - Troubleshoot configuration issues and provide timely resolutions. - Produce and deliver comprehensive configuration documentation. - Install solutions at customer sites and provide post‑implementation support. - Collaborate with sales, R&D, and technical support to deliver integrated assistance. - Occasionally deliver on‑site end‑user training. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency with relational databases (SAP, Oracle, DB2, SQL Server). - Knowledge of XML, JavaScript, ASP, C#. - Understanding of accounting/finance concepts (preferred). - Experience with SAP integration (preferred). - Excellent oral and written communication; strong presentation abilities. - Customer‑focused mindset and problem‑solving aptitude. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. - No specific certifications required; relevant technical certifications are a plus.
