Job Specifications

Key Responsibilities

Work with customers on-site and remotely to define their functional and technical requirements.
Develop a technical design of the customized Esker solution based on the end-user interface, reports and workflow.
Drive and supervise the development of Esker’s order-to-cash and purchase-to-pay solutions through coding and testing.
Troubleshoot issues arising during the configuration process.
Create and deliver documentation on the configuration of Esker’s solutions to customers.
Perform the installation.
Provide technical assistance to customers in collaboration with sales, R&D and technical support teams.
Occasionally train end users on-site.

Qualifications And Requirements

Software degree required.
Knowledge of relational databases (SAP, Oracle, DB2 and SQL Server) and XML, JavaScript, ASP, C#.
Customer service oriented.
Fluent in English and in Dutch.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Excellent oral and written presentation skills.
Domestic and/or international travel required.
Experience in SAP integration is a plus.
Understanding of accounting and finance is a plus.
