Job Description

**Job Title:** Supply Chain Manager **Role Summary:** Lead the end‑to‑end supply chain function for a rapidly expanding parcel locker network, driving operational excellence in inventory, inbound freight, customs, and 3PL/warehouse performance. Partner cross‑functionally with installations, maintenance, and procurement to ensure timely availability of parts and kit, support growth, and continuously improve KPIs. **Expectations:** * Deliver on‑time, cost‑effective supply‑chain operations that scale with business growth. * Maintain compliance with UK customs, Incoterms, and regulatory requirements. * Provide data‑driven insights to senior leadership and drive KPIs such as customs cycle time, inventory turns, and stock‑out rates. **Key Responsibilities:** * Oversee stock management, allocation, forecasting, and reconciliation across all locations. * Manage inbound ocean freight: container scheduling, shipment booking, arrival, unloading, and customs clearance. * Lead UK customs processes: Incoterms decision, HS classification, valuation, duty/VAT, and broker coordination. * Coordinate with 3PL and warehouse partners to meet performance, quality, and SLA targets. * Support installations and maintenance teams with kit, parts, and stock preparation for deployments. * Implement and refine processes for external contractors and improve internal warehouse operations. * Own and report on KPIs: customs cycle time, storage cost, inventory accuracy, dock‑to‑stock, stockouts, and inventory turns. **Required Skills:** * Proven experience in supply‑chain, logistics, or inventory management in a fast‑growth environment. * In‑depth knowledge of ocean freight, container handling, and UK customs clearance. * Experience managing 3PL/warehouse relationships and driving performance improvements. * Strong analytical and problem‑solving ability, with proficiency in ERP/WMS/TMS (SAP, NetSuite, Dynamics 365, Kerridge K8) and dashboard tools (Power BI, Excel). * Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder‑management skills. * Detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to resolve issues swiftly. **Required Education & Certifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). * Relevant certifications such as APICS CSCP, APICS CPIM, or PMP are desirable.
