Job Description
**Job Title:** CRM Executive **Role Summary:** Support the CRM Manager in planning, executing, and optimizing direct‑online marketing campaigns for travel partners (Air France, Emirates, Transavia). Manage email and web‑push communications, conduct performance analysis, and drive CRM projects that enrich data, improve segmentation, and enhance customer engagement. **Expectations:** - Design and launch targeted email/push campaigns. - Perform A/B testing and continuously optimize content and delivery. - Provide accurate reporting on key performance indicators and recommend improvements. - Lead cross‑functional CRM projects (data enrichment, automation, tool integration). - Maintain competitive intelligence on CRM practices in travel and e‑commerce. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Create campaign briefs (objectives, content, targeting, creative direction). 2. Draft, schedule, and send email and push notifications; select offers and offers copy. 3. Conduct A/B tests to refine subject lines, copy, and layout. 4. Monitor and report metrics: revenue, revenue/email, deliverability, open rate, click‑through rate, conversion. 5. Analyze results and propose actionable optimizations. 6. Perform competitor and industry CRM program benchmarking. 7. Enrich and qualify prospect/client databases. 8. Update email templates and develop innovative engagement mechanisms. 9. Manage transversal projects (automated journeys, segmentation, new tool integration) with Marketing, IT, and Data teams. **Required Skills:** - 2+ years experience in email marketing and digital CRM. - Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with performance data. - Excellent written communication in French and English; additional languages (Spanish, Italian, German) a plus. - Creative mindset with solid copywriting ability. - Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; basic HTML knowledge. - Familiarity with CRM/marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Selligent, Brevo/SendinBlue, Tinyclues, NP6, Dartagnan, Batch) preferred. - Passion for digital technology and e‑commerce, especially travel sector. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree (Bac+4/5) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. - No specific certifications required; proven experience in email/CRM is essential.
