Job Description
Job title: Sales Marketing Manager Role Summary: Lead strategic marketing and product localization for the French and EU IVD markets, bridging Chinese R&D with European stakeholders. Drive key opinion leader engagement, event participation, and sales enablement to support commercial growth. Expactations: Deliver measurable market expansion, maintain regulatory compliance (EU IVDR), and foster cross‑functional collaboration across Chinese and European teams. Key Responsibilities: - Design & execute strategic IVD marketing plans for France and EU, conducting market research, competitor analysis, and growth opportunity identification - Serve as liaison between Chinese marketing/R&D and European market; translate local needs for product localization and launch planning - Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with KOLs in clinical labs, hospitals, and public health institutions; organize advisory boards and scientific roundtables - Lead participation in major congresses (e.g., MEDICA, EuroMedlab); moderate satellite symposia and scientific discussions - Provide high‑level market and scientific support to future commercial teams, enhancing sales enablement materials Required Skills: - 5+ years in IVD or medical device marketing, product management, or strategic market development - Deep knowledge of molecular diagnostics/IVD, EU IVDR regulations, and French healthcare system dynamics - Strong strategic thinking, market analysis, and data‑driven decision making - Proven KOL development, scientific communication, and event management experience - Fluency in French and English; Chinese language a plus - Autonomous project management, networking, influence, cross‑cultural communication, and coordination abilities Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s (or Master’s) in Life Sciences, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; advanced certifications in medical device marketing or regulatory affairs preferred.
