**Job Title:** Sales Manager – Yachting & Luxury Markets **Role Summary:** Lead commercial sales for superyacht, leisure charter, luxury hospitality, and private client segments. Act as the primary commercial liaison, coordinating with operations, logistics, and senior leadership to drive revenue, client acquisition and portfolio growth. **Expectations:** - Achieve set sales targets and commercial objectives. - Build and sustain long‑term, profitable client relationships. - Provide strategic market and competitor insights. - Deliver consistent high‑standard service and brand representation. **Key Responsibilities:** - Prospect and close new business across target markets. - Manage and expand a portfolio of key yacht and hospitality accounts. - Act as commercial point of contact, ensuring service quality and contractual compliance. - Support pricing strategy, margin discipline and supplier positioning. - Collaborate with leadership on strategy and sales reporting. - Provide market feedback and client demand analysis. **Required Skills:** - Proven sales leadership in luxury or yachting sectors. - Strong relationship building and stakeholder management. - Negotiation, contract management and commercial acumen. - Ability to travel regionally and internationally. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. - Valid EU/EEA/Swiss citizenship or French work authorisation. --- **Job Title:** Marketing, Communications & Events Manager **Role Summary:** Drive regional brand presence for luxury hospitality and superyacht markets through targeted events, communications, and partnership programmes. Serve as public face of the brand within the South‑France region. **Expectations:** - Increase brand visibility and relevance locally. - Deliver high‑quality lifestyle events and activations. - Maintain consistent premium brand communication. - Ensure the office space reflects client‑facing standards. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build and maintain relationships with yacht crews, brokers and local partners. - Identify and execute regional brand engagement initiatives. - Plan, host and promote tastings, crew events and brand activations year‑round. - Represent the company at key industry events (Monaco Yacht Show, Cannes, Antibes). - Capture, curate and disseminate event media assets. - Produce aligned social media content and manage brand tone. - Oversee the presentation and function of the Beaulieu office. **Required Skills:** - Established network in yachting or luxury lifestyle sectors. - Event planning, branding and visual communication expertise. - Social media strategy and content creation. - Project management and organisational proficiency. - Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. - Prior experience in luxury marketing, communications or event management.
