They have two positions - Sales Manager - Yachting & Luxury Markets and Marketing, Communications & Events Manager
Location for both
Beaulieu-sur-Mer, Côte d’Azur
(Office-based role with regional and international travel as required)

Sales Manager - Full time role
Global Wine Solutions is seeking an experienced, commercially driven Sales Manager to lead sales activity across the superyacht, luxury hospitality, and private client sectors, based full time from our Beaulieu-sur-Mer office.
This is a senior, front-line sales role requiring a daily physical presence in the office and close collaboration with operations, logistics, and leadership. The role suits someone who thrives in a fastmoving, relationship-led environment and understands the pace, expectations, and commercial realities of the yachting and luxury hospitality markets.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive new business across superyacht, charter, luxury hospitality, and private client markets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with yacht captains, crew, management companies, brokers, and owners’ representatives
• Convert inbound and outbound opportunities into long-term, profitable client relationships
• Manage and grow a portfolio of key yacht and hospitality accounts
• Act as the primary commercial point of contact, ensuring consistently high service standards
• Develop long-term partnerships built on trust, reliability, and product expertise
• Work closely with the CEO to deliver sales targets and commercial strategy
• Support pricing decisions, margin discipline, and supplier positioning
• Provide insight on market conditions, competitor activity, and client demand
Marketing, Communications & Events Manager
Full time preferred
(Part time considered only at minimum 3 days per week, to be agreed)
Global Wine Solutions is seeking a dynamic, well-connected Marketing, Communications & Events Manager to lead our regional brand presence across the South of France.
Based from our Beaulieu-sur-Mer office, this role focuses on building visibility within the superyacht and luxury hospitality markets, delivering high-quality events, and ensuring consistent, premium brand communication locally.
This is a manager-level role, suited to an established professional with strong existing connections in the yachting or luxury lifestyle sectors, and a deep understanding of the people, pace, and culture of the industry.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with yacht crews, brokers, and local partners
• Support commercial initiatives and client engagement across the Riviera
• Identify opportunities to increase brand visibility and relevance in the region
• Plan and host tastings, crew events, and brand-led activations throughout the year
• Manage GWS presence at key industry events (e.g. Monaco Yacht Show, Cannes, Antibes)
• Ensure events are well-branded, photographed, and leveraged post-event
• Act as the local face of Global Wine Solutions and its brands
• Support social media content creation aligned with brand tone and standards
• Ensure the Beaulieu office functions as a polished, client-facing space
