President, Elevate MRO Sales
**Role Summary**
Lead the sales organization for Elevate MRO, driving revenue growth through new customer acquisition, strategic account development, and retention. Build and manage a high‑performing sales team, develop go‑to‑market strategies, and partner with operations to deliver seamless customer experiences and profitability.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Drive new customer acquisition and account expansion among aircraft owners, charter operators, and management companies.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring predictable revenue through strategic prospecting, consultative selling, and deal progression.
- Own customer retention strategies, upselling, cross‑selling, and deep account management.
- Represent MRO at industry events, conferences, and forums to build brand visibility and generate leads.
- Recruit, coach, and lead a high‑performing sales team; set clear performance expectations and accountability.
- Design and refine sales processes, playbooks, CRM strategies, metrics, and go‑to‑market plans.
- Collaborate with the VP of Maintenance and COO to align sales commitments with operational capacity.
- Advocate for customer needs and drive service and operational improvements.
- Provide executive leadership with pipeline health, forecasting, performance metrics, and market insights.
**Required Skills**
- 10+ years in aviation sales, business development, or account management; 5+ years in sales leadership.
- Proven record of revenue growth, pipeline development, and closing strategic accounts.
- Strong commercial instincts in pricing, customer lifetime value, and sales funnel optimization.
- Exceptional relationship‑building skills with C‑level executives and aircraft owners.
- Data‑driven decision making using CRM systems and sales analytics.
- Collaborative leadership style; influences cross‑functional teams without direct authority.
- Knowledge of FAA regulations (Parts 43, 65, 91, 135, 145) and maintenance operations.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Valid commercial knowledge of FAA regulations.
