Job Title: Senior Digital Transformation Consultant – Energy Transition
Job Description: **Job title:** Senior Digital Transformation Consultant – Energy Transition **Role Summary:** Lead end‑to‑end digital transformation initiatives in energy and utilities, acting as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, and Project Manager to align business, IT, and external stakeholders and deliver measurable value. **Expactations:** - Drive large‑scale transformation projects that accelerate the energy transition. - Manage cross‑functional teams and stakeholder expectations throughout discovery, delivery, and adoption phases. - Ensure governance, timelines, and value delivery meet or exceed agreed objectives. **Key Responsibilities:** - Translate business needs into clear requirements, roadmaps, and deliverables. - Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and gap analyses. - Define and monitor project scope, schedule, and budget. - Coordinate with IT, operations, and external partners to integrate solutions. - Champion change management and adoption of new digital processes and tools. - Produce status reports, risk logs, and benefit realization plans. **Required Skills:** - Proven experience as BA/PO/PM on complex energy/utility transformation projects. - Strong stakeholder management and communication in fast‑changing, multi‑stakeholder environments. - Ability to synthesize technical and business perspectives into actionable plans. - Fluent in English and at least one of French or Dutch. - Proficiency with digital transformation frameworks (e.g., Agile, Lean, TOGAF). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (Master preferred). - PMP, Prince2, or equivalent project management certification (desirable). - BA/PO training such as CBAP or PMI‑PMI Agile certification (valuable).
