Navio Digital is supporting leading players in the energy sector on large-scale digital and business transformation initiatives linked to the energy transition.

We are looking for a Senior Digital Transformation Consultant who can operate seamlessly as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, and Project Manager, depending on project needs.

Your role

Drive digital transformation initiatives within complex energy and utility environments
Act as a bridge between business, IT, and external stakeholders
Translate business needs into clear requirements, roadmaps, and deliverables
Lead or support projects end-to-end: discovery, delivery, and adoption
Ensure alignment across governance, timelines, and value delivery

Your profile

Senior experience in digital transformation, ideally in energy, utilities, or regulated environments
Proven ability to act as BA / PO / PM on complex initiatives
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Comfortable in fast-changing, multi-stakeholder contexts
Fluent in English, French and/or Dutch
