**Job Title** Business Development Executive – Education Sector **Role Summary** Drive enrollment growth for short‑term professional certificate programs by identifying and recruiting prospective students, cultivating relationships with education agents, corporate partners, and community organizations, and expanding the institution’s network across Ontario and Canada. **Expectations** - Achieve quarterly and annual enrollment and partnership targets. - Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and partnerships. - Represent the institution at networking events, education fairs, and outreach meetings. - Operate independently with strong time‑management and organizational skills. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Identify and engage prospective students through direct outreach, lead generation, and follow‑up. 2. Build and sustain relationships with education agents, consultants, corporate partners, and community stakeholders. 3. Conduct B2B sales and partnership development activities across Ontario and Canada. 4. Attend industry networking events, education fairs, and outreach meetings to promote programs and forge new partnerships. 5. Track and report on leads, partnership progress, and conversion metrics using CRM tools. 6. Travel locally and provincially as required to meet networking and sales goals. **Required Skills** - Minimum 1–2 years of experience in student recruitment, B2B sales, or business development. - Proficient in networking, social engagement, and relationship management. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Self‑driven, organized, target‑oriented, and detail‑focused. - Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of professionalism. - Eligible to work legally in Canada. - Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle; reliable transportation. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree (graduated). **Preferred Experience** - Experience within private career colleges or other higher education institutions. - Exposure to domestic and international student recruitment. - Existing network in the education or recruitment sector.
