Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Development Executive with 1–2 years of experience in student recruitment, B2B sales, and networking within Ontario or across Canada. The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing student enrollments, building strong business relationships, and expanding the college’s partner network.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit students for college programs through direct outreach and lead generation
Build and maintain relationships with:
Education agents and consultants
Corporate and community partners
Conduct B2B sales and partnership development across Ontario and Canada
Attend networking events, education fairs, and outreach meetings
Achieve enrollment and business development targets
Maintain accurate records of leads, partnerships, and conversions
Travel locally and provincially as required

Required Qualifications

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in:
Student recruitment
B2B sales
Networking or business development ,
Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (Graduation required)
Strong networking, social, and relationship management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Eligible to work legally in Canada
Valid driver’s license and own vehicle (mandatory)
Self-driven, organized, and target-oriented

Preferred Experience

Experience in private career colleges or other education institutions
Experience working with domestic or international students
Existing network within the education or recruitment sector .
