Job Title: UX Designer – Advanced (AI & Service Design)
Role Summary:
Lead end‑to‑end user experience and service design initiatives focused on AI‑enabled enterprise workflows. Translate complex business processes into intuitive, scalable user interfaces and agent‑based systems, leveraging design thinking, human‑centered design, and data‑driven insights to enhance productivity and compliance.
Expectations:
- Deliver high‑impact, user‑centered AI service prototypes within agile cycles.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to align design outcomes with business goals and regulatory standards.
- Champion best practices in service design, journey mapping, and workflow orchestration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and execute full UX & service design lifecycle for AI workflows, from research to final delivery.
- Produce journey maps, service blueprints, storyboards, and experience artifacts to visualize current and future states.
- Facilitate design workshops, co‑creation sessions, and stakeholder discussions to surface user needs and validate concepts.
- Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate AI‑driven interactions, ensuring clarity, usability, and security compliance.
- Partner with engineering, product, AI, and low‑code teams to translate designs into feasible, scalable solutions.
- Monitor user feedback and data analytics to continuously refine workflows and services.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years in UX / Service / Experience Design; 2+ years designing AI‑enabled workflows.
- Strong proficiency in journey mapping, service blueprinting, and storyboarding.
- Experience collaborating with AI engineers and low‑code platforms.
- Expertise in facilitation, stakeholder management, and workshop design.
- Demonstrated success in agile, iterative enterprise environments.
- Knowledge of security, compliance, auditability, and governance for AI products.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human‑Computer Interaction, Design, Computer Science, or related field.
- Professional certifications in UX (e.g., NN/g UX, HFI, or equivalent) preferred.
