Required Skills: - 5+ years in UX / Service / Experience Design; 2+ years designing AI‑enabled workflows. - Strong proficiency in journey mapping, service blueprinting, and storyboarding. - Experience collaborating with AI engineers and low‑code platforms. - Expertise in facilitation, stakeholder management, and workshop design. - Demonstrated success in agile, iterative enterprise environments. - Knowledge of security, compliance, auditability, and governance for AI products.
