Job title: Marketing Manager
Role Summary: Own and execute a full‑funnel marketing strategy to strengthen brand equity, drive agent acquisition and client leads, and support the growth of a property brokerage.
Expectations: Deliver measurable commercial impact (inquiries, conversions, brand reach), build and lead a small marketing team, and set high standards for creative execution. Act as a strategic partner to leadership and a hands‑on producer of campaign assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a multi‑channel marketing plan aligned with business goals, including digital, PR, events, OOH, and paid media.
- Define brand direction, create guidelines, and oversee content creation across social, email, web, print, video, and OOH.
- Lead, mentor, and structure the marketing assistant and content creator/videographer.
- Design and run targeted campaigns to attract new agents and clients, measuring KPIs and optimizing performance.
- Provide one‑to‑one support for agents to build personal brands through templates and toolkits.
- Produce high‑quality marketing assets (brochures, pitch decks, newsletters, videos, photography).
- Plan and deliver brand events, open houses, networking sessions, and reputation initiatives.
- Conduct market and competitor research; identify partnership and referral opportunities.
- Present regular performance reports to leadership and refine strategies for ROI.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in multi‑channel marketing (digital, PR, events, OOH, partnerships).
- Strong brand and creative judgment with copywriting abilities across formats.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated commercial impact (lead generation, conversion, brand metrics).
- Leadership and team development skills in a small, fast‑moving environment.
- Proactive, independent, and structured work style.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Professional marketing certifications (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, content marketing) preferred.
