About Park Lord
Park Lord is one of London’s leading property brokerages, built on an American-style model
where self-employed agents thrive through exceptional branding, creative digital marketing,
and a highly personal approach to service. Known for our standout listings, strong reputation,
and recent features on Channel 4, we are a fast-growing, design-led and ambitious company.
Marketing sits at the centre of our business. As we continue to scale and attract top-tier
agents, we are hiring a Marketing Manager to build and lead a high-performing function that
delivers clear, measurable results. This role goes far beyond social media — you’ll shape our
market presence, strengthen our brand, and drive demand from both clients and new agents.
This is one of the most influential hires in the company. You will directly shape how Park Lord
grows, how our brand evolves, and how our agents succeed.
The Role
We’re looking for a strategic, commercially minded Marketing Manager with broad experience
across brand, digital, PR, events and campaign execution. You’ll own the full marketing
strategy for Park Lord — ensuring every activity strengthens our brand, supports our agents,
and drives real growth.
It’s a hands-on role where you’ll balance creative vision with commercial rigour. You’ll also lead
and develop a small but growing marketing team, setting the standards, structure, and pace for
how we operate.
1. Brand, Content & Creative Direction
• Own Park Lord’s brand presence across all channels, ensuring a premium and consistent
identity.
• Lead creation of content across social, email, website, PR, OOH, print and video.
• Guide social media strategy as part of a broader multi-channel approach.
• Uphold brand guidelines and ensure exceptional creative execution.
• Shape and execute the long-term brand vision and narrative.
2. Team Leadership & Internal Collaboration
• Lead, mentor and upskill the Marketing Assistant and Content Creator/Videographer.
• Create structure, processes and expectations for high-quality output.
• Work closely with the Founder, Operations Manager, and wider team.
• Help define the future structure of the marketing department.
3. Strategic Marketing & Growth
• Develop and deliver the marketing strategy aligned with core business goals.
• Build campaigns with clear KPIs and measurable commercial outcomes.
• Track performance, report insights, and optimise activity for conversions.
• Identify PR, partnership, OOH and paid opportunities to elevate Park Lord.
4. Agent Marketing & Personal Brand Support
• Provide one-to-one support for agents to build strong personal brands.
• Create templates and toolkits for scalable agent marketing.
• Ensure individual agent activity strengthens the Park Lord brand.
5. Content & Asset Production
• Oversee brochures, flyers, pitch decks, newsletters and property guides.
• Maintain high production standards across all materials.
• Plan standout video and photography with the Content Creator.
6. Campaigns, Lead Generation & Partnerships
• Deliver targeted campaigns to attract new agents and clients.
• Develop referral and partnership programmes with aligned partners.
• Track ROI and refine activity for improved performance.
7. Market Insights, Events & Reputation
• Conduct ongoing competitor, industry and audience research.
• Plan and deliver open houses, brand events and networking moments.
• Lead reviews, testimonials and online reputation initiatives.
• Explore new tools and platforms to keep Park Lord ahead.
What You Bring
• Multi-channel marketing experience (digital, PR, events, partnerships, OOH).
• Strong brand and creative judgement with ability to enforce guidelines.
• Excellent copywriting skills across formats.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver at pace.
• Proven commercial impact (enquiries, conversions, brand growth).
• Confident people leader with hands-on execution skills.
• Proactive, independent and structured working style.
Working Style
• Full-time, office-based role in Fora, Great Portland Street.
• Monday team meeting (9–11am).
• Week includes office time, shoots, viewings and London travel + events.
• Flexibility to work from varied locations when needed.
