Job Description: Job title: Sr Frontend Developer (Animation-Heavy, High‑End Websites) Role Summary: Create a luxury, animation‑rich B2B marketing website from a detailed Figma design for a 6–8 week trial. Deliver production‑ready, high‑performance front‑end code using WebGL/Three.js, Canvas, or WordPress with a custom front‑end, focusing on visual polish and craftsmanship. Expectations: Demonstrate 5+ years of senior front‑end experience, meet quality standards, work independently with minimal oversight, communicate effectively, and potentially transition to a long‑term partnership. Key Responsibilities: - Translate Figma designs into responsive HTML/CSS/JavaScript components. - Build complex WebGL and Canvas animations, JavaScript interactions, and cinematic video embeds. - Optimize performance, bundle size, and load times for animation‑heavy pages. - Ensure maintainable code, documentation, and adherence to best practices. - Collaborate with designers and product stakeholders to refine motion and polish. - Provide accurate estimates, progress updates, and participate in sprint reviews.
