Job Specifications

Overview

We are seeking two senior front-end developers for an initial 6–8 week trial project to build a Rolls-Royce–caliber, animation-rich B2B website from a highly detailed Figma design.

This project will be used to evaluate a long-term talent partnership, replacing platforms like Upwork and TopTal due to declining quality and lack of transparency. Quality, craftsmanship, and fair developer compensation are core priorities.

The website is low-traffic but high-impact, with strong emphasis on motion, polish, and execution excellence rather than scale.

Project Scope

Build a high-end marketing website based on a detailed Figma file
Implement complex animations and interactions, including:
WebGL-driven animation sequences
JavaScript + Canvas–based interactions
Video embeds for cinematic effects (e.g., stone explosion, map sequences)
Deliver production-ready, maintainable front-end code with strong attention to performance and visual fidelity

Tech Stack

We are flexible on tooling, but simplicity over overengineering is preferred.
Preferred / Acceptable Options
WordPress + custom front-end + WebGL (preferred for this project)
Next.js + Strapi (acceptable if justified)

Core Technologies

JavaScript (ES6+)
WebGL (Three.js or equivalent)
HTML5 / CSS3
Canvas-based animations
Video integration and optimization

Required Experience

5+ years of front-end development experience
Proven experience building animation-heavy, visually polished websites from Figma designs
Strong understanding of WebGL and advanced front-end animation techniques
Ability to translate design intent into flawless execution (luxury-brand standard)
Experience working on confidential or high-visibility projects
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently with minimal oversight

Nice to Have

Experience with luxury, automotive, or premium-brand websites
Familiarity with performance optimization for animation-heavy pages
Comfort collaborating closely with designers and product stakeholders

**The engagement is high potential to extend into long-term contract.
