Job Description
**Job Title:** Sales Support Specialist **Role Summary:** Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the sales team within an assigned region. Manage daily meetings, pipeline reporting, customer and visit records, post‑onboarding logistics, and sales events. Ensure accurate data entry, coordinate cross‑functional tasks with Marketing, IT, and Country Managers, and maintain office administration for efficient sales operations. **Expectations:** - Deliver accurate daily meeting reports and weekly pipeline minutes. - Maintain up‑to‑date customer and visit logs per company standards. - Support sales personnel with onboarding, equipment, and promotional material needs. - Coordinate sales events, exhibitions, and related logistics. - Collaborate effectively with Marketing, IT, and country leadership. **Key Responsibilities:** - Attend and document all regional meetings; distribute minutes. - Follow up on sales support requests and resolve issues promptly. - Verify customer entries and visit records meet standard criteria. - Update routine plans on business management tables; ensure H1/H2 visit plans are properly tagged. - Liaise with Marketing and IT to address system or data issues. - Assist Country Managers with reports and ad‑hoc support. - Oversee post‑onboarding arrangements: computers, business cards, uniforms, promotional materials, and vehicle leasing. - Coordinate sales activity support for customer day events and exhibitions (applications, equipment, materials, gifts, promotional drafts). - Handle office administrative duties: procurement of furniture and equipment, cleaning services, utilities, and general office supplies. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Strong written and verbal communication; collaborative mindset. - Familiarity with CRM systems and sales support tools. - Knowledge of sales processes, procedures, and web/marketing best practices. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. - Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales support.
