Job Description
**Job Title** Enterprise Account Executive, Team Lead **Role Summary** Lead a high‑performing BDR/SDR team while actively driving outbound pipeline generation. Design and execute scalable pipeline strategies, mentor team members, and collaborate cross‑functionally to turn marketing signals into qualified opportunities. **Expectations** - Build, optimize, and scale a global pipeline engine. - Achieve and exceed lead‑generation KPIs (calls, emails, meetings, qualified leads). - Deliver measurable revenue impact through data‑driven process improvement. - Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular performance reports to leadership. **Key Responsibilities** - **Team Leadership** – Manage, coach, and motivate BDRs to surpass lead‑gen targets. - **Performance Management** – Monitor KPIs, evaluate results, and drive continuous improvement. - **Coaching & Development** – Deliver 1:1 coaching, training, and refine onboarding with Enablement. - **Player–Coach Execution** – Actively conduct outbound activities, model best practices, and validate new approaches. - **CRM & Reporting** – Ensure accurate data entry and report on team performance, lead quality, and pipeline health. - **Process Improvement** – Analyze outreach processes, tools, and techniques to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. **Required Skills** - 1+ year of supervisory/leadership experience in sales, account management, or business development. - Minimum 4 years in IT B2B sales or business development. - Proficiency with Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, ZoomInfo, or similar sales tools. - Strong communication, coaching, and cross‑functional collaboration skills. - Data‑driven mindset and ability to translate early pipeline behaviors into revenue outcomes. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred). - Any relevant sales or leadership certification (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, HubSpot Sales Software Certified) is a plus.
