Job title: Retail Marketing Manager Role Summary: Owns and delivers integrated omnichannel retail marketing programs that translate brand strategy into in‑store and digital activations, driving shopper engagement, conversion, and market presence across leading retail partners in multiple regions. Expectations: Deliver measurable retail performance (sell‑through, ROI on media and activation spend), maintain aligned brand touchpoints, collaborate cross‑functionally, and cultivate strong retailer and agency relationships. Key Responsibilities: • Plan and execute seasonal and product launch campaigns, mapping them to retail shopper journeys and trade marketing plans. • Manage creative briefs for digital banners, in‑store displays, and retail collateral; coordinate asset upload and approval with retailers. • Lead end‑to‑end project management of in‑store and online features, partnering with agencies and internal teams. • Conduct brand‑day workshops with retailer buying teams to convey brand vision and campaign execution. • Oversee retail media partnerships (e.g., Roundel, BMG, Walmart Connect), allocate budget, and optimise media spend for KPIs. • Analyze campaign and media performance, report ROI, and translate insights into future planning. • Collaborate with category managers on panel data, shopper insights, and messaging adaptations. • Monitor industry trends through conferences and seminars, integrating best practices into retail marketing strategies. Required Skills: • Strong retail and trade marketing expertise with proven omnichannel campaign delivery. • Project management and stakeholder coordination across brand, creative, commercial, and retailer teams. • Proficiency in retail media platforms and digital activation tools. • Data‑driven analysis of performance metrics and ROI reporting. • Excellent communication, briefing, and presentation abilities. • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment. Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. • Relevant certification in Marketing or Retail (e.g., Certified Retail Marketing Professional) is a plus.
