Belgium's Next Gem 2025 Feedelity is a software that centralizes customer feedback from various sources (complaint mail, social media inboxes, Google reviews, restaurant delivery platforms etc.), automates customer interaction and makes valuable insights and trends visible using artificial intelligence. The result is an increased customer satisfaction, e-reputation and team efficiency. Problem: Restaurant chains and other businesses receive huge amounts of customer feedback that are scattered accross multiple inboxes. It is a burden to respond to all messages and oftentimes the value hidden in the customer feedback is lost. It costs time and money and has little return. Solution: Feedelity does 3 things: (i) centralize customer feedback from various sources (e-mail, Google reviews, social media, reviews on delivery platfroms etc.), (ii) automatically generate responses with our in-house A.I. in brand tone of voice and with business context and (iii) get data from the guest feedback. Moreover, it detects important red flag alerts and notifies the right persons immediately. Complaints and tasks drill down to the right people in the right location. Result: An improved online reputation and Google rating, leading to increased conversion of new customers. Decreased customer churn and increased customer satisfaction by dealing quickly and properly with complaints and negative customer feedback. Customer Care Officers save time while strengthening customer relationships. Restaurant chains gain actionable, data-driven insights that benefit all departments, enabling smarter decisions and linking teams' performances to measurable KPI's. Feedelity routes complaints to the right people, closes the internal loop and improves collaboration between head office and the locations.

Expactations • Proven experience building high‑volume data processing or ETL pipelines in a SaaS environment. • Deep understanding of scalability, performance, and architecture trade‑offs in production systems. • Strong opinions on database choice, caching, and API design. • Ability to ship features quickly while managing technical debt. • Fluent in Python, TypeScript, and SQL.
