Company description

Feedelity is an AI-powered platform that helps multi-location brands manage guest feedback at scale. Feedelity is well-funded by unicorns joining forces to build the next one. Users absolutely love the unique product and now we want to scale globally.

Awarded Next Gem of the year 2025, Feedelity has proven product-market fit, paying customers (some of the most prominent brands of the Benelux) and clear traction in QSR. What we don’t have yet is the engine capable of handling the massive data volume coming our way. That’s where you come in.

As our first engineering hire, you will help architect the systems that allow us to scale from thousands to millions of data points

What you’ll do

Architect infrastructure and reliability

Ensure our platform is stable, fast, and reliable under heavy load
Design systems that scale massively
Build and maintain cloud infrastructure, containerized deployments, and CI/CD pipelines

Build data, AI, and backend systems

Develop backend services and business logic powering the platform
Build robust ETL pipelines to process feedback from multiple sources
Turn raw feedback data into actionable insights using AI
Implement automated tests and validation to ensure your code scales

Lead execution and delivery

Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
Shape the technical backlog and help decide what gets built when
Balance speed, quality, and technical debt while shipping new features

This role is not

A maintenance job fixing bugs on a dying product.
A place for engineers who need a Jira ticket with perfect specs before starting.
If you prefer perfectly defined sprints over solving live scaling issues, this isn't for you.

You’re likely a fit if you

Have built B2B SaaS platforms involving heavy data processing or ETL workflows.
Understand the difference between code that "works" and code that scales.
Have opinions on database selection, caching strategies, and API design.
Prefer impact and upside over predictability.
Are fluent in Python, TypeScript, and SQL.

About the Company

Belgium's Next Gem 2025 Feedelity is a software that centralizes customer feedback from various sources (complaint mail, social media inboxes, Google reviews, restaurant delivery platforms etc.), automates customer interaction and makes valuable insights and trends visible using artificial intelligence. The result is an increased customer satisfaction, e-reputation and team efficiency. Problem: Restaurant chains and other businesses receive huge amounts of customer feedback that are scattered accross multiple inboxes. It is... Know more
