**Job Title:** Information Security Administrator **Role Summary:** Manage and protect enterprise security posture with a focus on Workday and associated platforms. Administer security configurations, access controls, and incident response while collaborating with IT and business stakeholders to ensure compliance, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement. **Expectations:** - Hands‑on, high‑impact security leadership. - Maintain secure configurations across all enterprise systems. - Proactively identify and mitigate threats. - Drive compliance and audit readiness. **Key Responsibilities:** - Administer Workday security: configure access, maintain role‑based controls, and oversee identity provisioning. - Manage user access, authentication, and permissions for all enterprise systems. - Collaborate with application owners and system administrators to secure platform configurations. - Secure and monitor enterprise platforms: Workday, Microsoft 365, Meraki, Azure/Entra, Trend Micro EDR/XDR, Microsoft Defender, Purview, SIEM, IDS/IPS, VPNs, firewalls, and local domains. - Investigate and respond to security alerts, incidents, and evolving threats. - Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability management, and disaster‑recovery planning. - Maintain security documentation, standards, and regulatory compliance. - Support internal and external audits, ensuring timely remediation. - Assist in backup management and disaster‑recovery procedures. - Stay current with platform updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies through training and certification. **Required Skills:** - Enterprise cybersecurity administration - Workday security configuration and role‑based access control - Identity and access management - Incident response and threat detection - Risk assessment, vulnerability management, and disaster‑recovery planning - Regulatory compliance (SOX, HIPAA, GDPR, etc.) - Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration - Proficiency with security tools: SIEM, IDS/IPS, VPNs, firewalls, EDR/XDR, Microsoft Defender, Purview **Required Education & Certifications:** - Minimum 2‑year associate’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field. - 4+ years of hands‑on experience with enterprise cybersecurity technologies. - 2+ years of direct Workday administration and security experience. - Professional certifications (preferable): CISSP, Security+, CISM, CISA, CEH, GSEC, Microsoft Security/Compliance/Identity, Workday Certification. ---
