Job Description
**Job title** Senior Systems Administrator & Security Engineer **Role summary** Oversee design, implementation, maintenance and security of the company’s WAN, LAN and server infrastructure. Ensure continuous availability, performance, and compliance with security policies while managing OSI layers 1–4, perimeter defenses, data‑loss‐prevention tools, endpoint security and vulnerability mitigation. **Expectations** - Maintain high‑availability network and server operations meeting agreed SLAs. - Apply security best‑practices, conduct regular assessments, and respond to incidents. - Lead change management, capacity planning and backup/recovery strategies. - Provide Level‑2/3 support, vendor coordination and documentation. - Communicate effectively with cross‑functional teams and security stakeholders. **Key responsibilities** - Configure and deploy routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, and QoS devices. - Apply patches, service packs, hot‑fixes and security hardening across the stack. - Monitor performance, resource utilization, and apply capacity‑planning actions. - Manage backup, redundancy and disaster‑recovery processes. - Administer perimeter security (firewalls, IDS/IPS) and create alerting for threats. - Deploy and maintain Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions and endpoint protection. - Conduct technical security assessments, code reviews, vulnerability scans and penetration tests. - Design and enforce authentication, authorization and encryption processes. - Coordinate with vendors for remediation and tool updates. - Deliver Level‑2/3 troubleshooting, analysis, and incident resolution. - Liaise with developers to monitor application performance and resolve bottlenecks. **Required skills** - Advanced networking (routing, switching, VPN, QoS, load balancing). - Windows & Linux server administration; virtualization (VMware, Hyper‑V, KVM). - Network security technologies (firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN, DLP, endpoint protection). - Vulnerability tools (Nessus, Qualys, OpenVAS), penetration‑testing basics. - Scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python) for automation. - Monitoring & log‑analysis platforms (Nagios, Zabbix, Splunk). - ITIL‑style change & configuration management. - Backup/recovery tools (Veeam, Acronis, Windows Server Backup). - Strong analytical, troubleshooting and documentation skills. **Required education & certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience). - Minimum 5 years of experience in systems administration and/or security engineering. - Certifications: CCNA/CCNP, CompTIA Security+, Cisco CCNP Security, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) or equivalent; advanced security certifications (CISSP, CEH) preferred.

Job Title: Global Director, Quality Role Summary: Senior executive responsible for leading the global quality function across all product and service lines. Drives strategy, systems, and culture to achieve regulatory compliance, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement. Expectations: - Deliver measurable quality performance improvements globally. - Maintain certification status (ISO/IATF 16949, etc.) and lead audits. - Foster a transparent, data‑driven quality culture from engineering to supply chain. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and enforce quality assurance systems aligned with ISO/IATF 16949 and other industry standards. - Lead, coach, and develop a global quality team, ensuring adequate resources and competencies. - Act as senior quality spokesperson for OEMs, tier‑N suppliers, certification bodies, and executive leadership. - Integrate quality parameters into new product development, launch, and digital transformation initiatives (SPC, AI analytics). - Plan and execute global corrective/ preventive actions for critical incidents, recalls, and field failures. - Establish key quality metrics, monitor performance, identify improvement opportunities, and report to senior management. - Drive cross‑functional continuous improvement projects and audit readiness. - Stay current on regulatory updates, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
