Join Litens Quality Assurance team as a Global Director, Quality. The Global Director, Quality oversees all aspects of the organization’s quality initiatives and activities. This includes establishing strategic plans, policies, and procedures so that quality improvement efforts will meet or exceed internal and external customers’ needs and expectations.

What will you do?
Develop and implement quality assurance systems to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards including ISO/IATF 16949 and other relevant certifications.
Lead and manage the global quality assurance team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the appropriate resources and support structures are in place and performing at the required level of competency.
Act as senior quality spokesperson with customers, certification bodies and executive leadership.
Champion the integration of quality into new product development and launch processes.
Develop comprehensive quality plans to meet the needs and expectations of relevant interested parties, including customers, internal employees, and the supply chain.
Align global resources to support a proactive approach to predict, prevent, and protect the organization’s customers from quality performance issues.
Ensure consistent application of quality methodologies, processes, and procedures across global operations.
Lead global problem-solving activities for critical quality incidents, field failures and recalls; ensure effective containment and implementation of permanent corrective actions.
Establish and maintain quality metrics to measure and monitor the performance of product and processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance product quality.
Drive quality digital transformation initiatives (SPC automation, AI driven prevention/detection, data analytics).
Drive a culture of quality throughout the organization, promoting awareness and accountability at all levels.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to ensure that the quality management systems remain current and effective.
Prepare and present quality performance reports and metrics to senior management, highlighting achievements, areas for improvement, and action plans.
Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment, promoting teamwork, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence.
What will you bring?
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Industrial, or similar).
10+ years of experience in automotive quality leadership roles; 5+ years in a global or multi-site capacity.
Deep knowledge of IATF 16949 and Core Tools
Proven experience working with major OEM customers and Tier n suppliers.
Demonstrated success leading quality efforts.
Ability to travel without restrictions.
Preferred
Certified Lead Auditor (IATF 16949 or ISO 9001)
ASPICE Certified Provisional Assessor – VDA QMC
Experience with embedded-software product
Six Sigma Black Belt certification
