**Job Title:** Client Success Marketing Manager **Role Summary:** Lead the full lifecycle of client marketing programs, driving strategy, execution, and performance reporting. Serve as the primary client liaison while orchestrating cross‑functional teams to deliver on‑time, on‑budget digital marketing campaigns that align with client objectives and agency KPIs. **Expectations:** - Manage multiple high‑value client accounts concurrently, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction. - Collaborate with senior leadership to set and meet ambitious performance targets. - Identify, mitigate, and pre‑empt risks that could impact deliverables, timelines, or revenue. - Foster continuous improvement in processes, documentation, and client reporting. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Develop and scale agency delivery frameworks, including SOPs, workflow tools, and KPI dashboards. 2. Own client relationships: act as the primary point of contact for deliverables, timelines, and expectations. 3. Lead campaign strategy across performance channels (search, social, paid media, email, etc.). 4. Coordinate internal creative, technical, and analytics teams to ensure timely, high‑quality execution. 5. Mentor and coach marketing team members; oversee performance reviews and talent development. 6. Prepare and present clear monthly performance reports, insights, and actionable recommendations. 7. Conduct regular client meetings to review objectives, deliverables, and performance outcomes. 8. Track client satisfaction metrics (NPS, CSAT) and implement improvement initiatives. 9. Identify churn signals and develop retention strategies. 10. Act as a cross‑functional bridge between sales, operations, and leadership, contributing to revenue forecasting and pipeline strategy. **Required Skills:** - 3–6+ years in marketing client success, account management, or professional services. - Senior‑level experience leading digital marketing strategy across multiple performance channels. - Proven ability to manage teams and develop talent. - Strong communication and presentation skills with a professional, responsive demeanor. - Comfortable with both coordination and hands‑on delivery of campaigns. - Proficiency in preparing accurate, data‑driven client reports and translating insights into actionable plans. - Experience in an agency or marketing services environment preferred. - Positive, proactive, team‑oriented mindset. - Ability to travel for client and conference engagement (1–2 times per quarter). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. - Certifications in digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot, etc.) or project management (PMP, Agile) are a plus.
