**Job Title**
Senior SAP PP Consultant
**Role Summary**
Lead end‑to‑end SAP S/4HANA Production Planning (PP) implementation for a large-scale, cross‑region transformation. Provide both business‑process and technical expertise across manufacturing execution, production planning, integration with costing, logistics, and analytics. Own solution design, configuration, requirements analysis, and data migration for the initial U.S. plant roll‑out, with expansion across multiple countries.
**Expectations**
- Execute project on a 12‑month timeline with potential 2–3 year extension.
- Deliver within a hybrid model: office presence 2 days per week plus 25 % travel to the U.S. (≈2 weeks every 2–3 months).
- Partner directly with the client stakeholders, achieving high ownership, visibility, and influence on the solution.
- Meet critical deployment milestone (January 2026 go‑live) and subsequent international roll‑outs.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Drive system design and configuration for SAP S/4HANA PP, ensuring alignment with manufacturing execution, costing, logistics, and analytics.
- Define and document technical specifications and solution architecture.
- Model and optimize key business processes (MRP, BPC, cross‑plant MPS, shop‑floor scheduling).
- Plan, coordinate, and validate data migration – master‑data, transaction data, and posting data.
- Integrate Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) with SAP PP, configuring interfaces and data flows.
- Conduct workshops, requirement workshops, and stakeholder meetings to capture business needs and translate into SAP solutions.
- Perform system testing (unit, integration, user acceptance) and support cut‑over activities.
- Provide subject‑matter expertise during go‑live and post‑go‑live stabilization.
**Required Skills**
- Deep functional knowledge of SAP S/4HANA PP/AM, MES integration, and delivery of end‑to‑end PP solutions.
- Proficient with SAP Configuration Tools (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP Cloud Platform).
- Strong analytical, modeling, and documentation skills; ability to produce clear functional design and technical specifications.
- Experience with data migration planning, data cleansing, and data validation tools (e.g., LSMW, SAP Data Services, SAP Task Manager).
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and communication skills in English.
- Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and deliver under tight schedules.
- Comfortable with frequent travel and hybrid work model.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP S/4HANA Production Planning & Manufacturing (or higher certification such as SAP Certified Advanced Application Specialist – SAP S/4HANA PP).
- Preference for candidates with proven project experience in large‑scale, multi‑country SAP S/4HANA PP implementations.
