**Job title** Junior Business Developer – AI Startup **Role Summary** Support the commercial expansion of an AI-driven retail solution in the United States and United Kingdom. Act as the primary driver for new B2B acquisition, building a robust sales pipeline, engaging prospects, and collaborating with internal teams to refine market positioning and messaging. **Expactations** - Deliver measurable growth in new client acquisition and revenue contribution. - Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline metrics. - Demonstrate proactive, result‑driven behavior in an evolving startup environment. **Key Responsibilities** - Prospect, qualify, and close new B2B opportunities in the US and UK. - Build and manage a sales pipeline: lead generation, outreach, follow‑ups, and CRM updates. - Conduct calls, emails, demos, and meetings with potential clients. - Diagnose client pain points and position the AI product as a solution. - Partner with founders, product, and technical teams to align sales strategy with product roadmap. - Contribute to sales messaging, market positioning, and competitive analysis. - Track performance metrics and iterate tactics for continuous improvement. **Required Skills** - Native or fluent English speaker; French skills preferred. - 0–2 years of experience in business development, sales, consulting, or startups. - Strong interest in AI, SaaS, and emerging technologies. - Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, adaptable, and results‑focused. - Ability to navigate fast‑paced, ambiguous environments. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Comfortable using CRM systems and sales enablement tools. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). - No specific certifications required.
