Your Role
As a Junior Business Developer, you will be at the frontline of Kairos AI’s growth in the US. You will help scale our commercial efforts there and engage with international clients: contributing directly to our go-to-market strategy.
This is a hands-on, entrepreneurial role with strong exposure to sales, strategy, and the AI ecosystem.
Who You Are
Anglo-Saxon profile, native or fluent English speaker
Based in Paris
Currently studying, recent graduate or early-career professional (0–2 years experience)
First experience in business development, sales, consulting, or startups is a plus
Strong interest in AI, SaaS, and emerging technologies
Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive, and results-driven
Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments
French is a plus, not a requirement
What You'll Do
Identify, prospect, and qualify new B2B opportunities (US / UK)
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline (lead generation, follow-ups, CRM)
Engage with prospects through calls, emails, demos, and meetings
Understand client challenges and position Kairos AI’s solutions effectively
Work closely with the founders, sales, product, and tech teams
Contribute to sales strategy, messaging, and market positioning
Track performance and continuously optimize your approach
