**Job Title:** Marketing Manager
**Role Summary:**
Hands‑on marketing professional responsible for driving brand awareness, digital engagement, and event promotion across multiple hospitality concepts. Works on a 3‑month contract with strong potential for full‑time conversion, balancing owned and paid social media, creative asset production, and cross‑functional collaboration with operations and vendors.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver measurable growth in social media reach, traffic, and conversions.
- Execute brand‑consistent creative assets and seasonal rollouts.
- Manage multiple brand calendars and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Demonstrate data‑driven decision‑making and continuous optimization of campaigns.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage owned social channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Google, etc.) for all brands.
- Create and schedule content calendars aligned with promotions and events.
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, influencers, and internal teams for content creation.
- Maintain and evolve brand identity across digital and physical touchpoints.
- Oversee design and production of menus, signage, flyers, digital ads, and in‑store collateral.
- Lead marketing for in‑house events, activations, partnerships, and community initiatives.
- Align marketing timelines and assets with operations for seamless in‑store execution.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance; adjust messaging, content, and spend accordingly.
- Identify new growth opportunities and emerging marketing channels.
**Required Skills:**
- 2–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in hospitality, food & beverage, or lifestyle brands.
- Strong proficiency with social media platforms, trends, and paid advertising.
- Design and content editing skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple brands and concurrent projects.
- Creative thinker with a bias toward execution and detail‑orientation.
- Excellent cross‑functional collaboration and communication skills.
- Organized, proactive, and able to meet deadlines.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Blueprint) are a plus but not mandatory.
