Blender Brands | Dallas / Plano, TX (Hybrid or In-Person Preferred)
Blender Brands is a growing hospitality group behind several restaurant, bar, and lifestyle concepts across North Texas. We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to join us on an initial 3-month contract, with a strong opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on performance and business needs.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, understands hospitality culture, and knows how to turn great ideas into real-world execution.
What You’ll Do
Social Media (Paid & Owned)
Manage owned social channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Google, etc.) across multiple brands
Plan, create, and schedule content calendars aligned with promotions, events, and brand voice
Execute and optimize paid social campaigns to drive traffic, awareness, and conversions
Collaborate with photographers, videographers, influencers, and internal teams
Branding & Creative Execution
Maintain and evolve brand identity across all touchpoints
Lead menu updates, seasonal rollouts, and new concept launches from a marketing perspective
Oversee creative assets including menus, signage, flyers, digital ads, and in-store collateral
Ensure consistency across physical locations and digital platforms
Events & Promotions
Plan and promote in-house events, activations, partnerships, and community initiatives
Coordinate event marketing timelines, content, and promotional strategy
Work closely with operations to ensure marketing aligns with in-store execution
Strategy, Analytics & Optimization
Track performance across campaigns and channels
Use data to refine messaging, content, and spend
Identify growth opportunities and new marketing channels
Contract Structure
Initial 3-month contract position
High likelihood of full-time conversion based on performance, cultural fit, and business growth
Ideal for candidates looking to prove impact quickly and grow into a long-term role
What We’re Looking For
2–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in hospitality, food & beverage, or lifestyle brands
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and paid advertising
Design and content editing skills (Canva, Adobe, CapCut, etc.)
Ability to manage multiple brands and priorities simultaneously
Creative thinker with a bias toward execution
Comfortable working cross-functionally with operations, ownership, and vendors
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Bonus Points
Experience with restaurant or bar openings
Influencer marketing or community partnership experience
Photography/Videography skills
Local market knowledge of Dallas / Plano
