**Role Summary**
Spearheads global go‑to‑market campaign planning, execution, and optimization across all product lines and services, including devices. Aligns acquisition initiatives with commercial timelines and market trends to maximize customer acquisition, drive revenue growth, and maintain competitive advantage.
**Expectations**
• Achieve targeted acquisition metrics (traffic, conversion, sales, ROI).
• Deliver consistent, integrated messaging across digital, retail, advertising, and communication channels.
• Foster a high‑performance acquisition team, ensuring clear prioritization, resource allocation, and continuous skill development.
• Provide data‑driven strategic recommendations to senior leadership and support company‑wide performance reviews.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Commercial Timeline & GTM Coordination**
• Develop and maintain a global commercial timeline for all brands, products, and devices.
• Integrate major market events (e.g., Black Friday, seasonal promotions) and adjust schedules based on product launches, supplier activity, and market conditions.
• Lead cross‑functional briefings (marketing, communication, digital, sales) to align messaging and execution.
2. **Campaign Execution & Monitoring**
• Design, implement, and oversee acquisition campaigns across all services, offers, and devices.
• Translate strategies into actionable plans for diverse channels (online, retail, advertising).
• Supervise creation of communication materials and commercial content with marketing teams.
• Verify on‑ground and online execution against deadlines and guidelines.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity for emerging opportunities and threats.
3. **Performance Analysis & Continuous Improvement**
• Partner with data and analytics teams to evaluate campaign effectiveness using key KPIs (traffic, conversion, sales, ROI).
• Conduct post‑campaign reviews, extracting insights for future activations.
• Provide data‑driven recommendations for go‑to‑market strategy enhancements.
4. **Team Management**
• Lead daily and long‑term management of the acquisition team, allocating responsibilities and resources.
• Track objectives, evaluate progress, and ensure timely delivery of results.
• Identify training needs, mentor talent, and support professional growth.
• Oversee recruitment of key roles and ensure smooth onboarding.
**Required Skills**
• Strong leadership and people‑management abilities.
• Proven cross‑functional collaboration and conflict resolution skills.
• Strategic thinking with an emphasis on data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; fluency in French and/or Dutch is mandatory.
