Job Title: Marketing Manager
Role Summary:
Lead marketing strategy and execution for a B2B SaaS company, acting as the primary liaison between product engineering and sales. Oversee market intelligence, sales enablement assets, field marketing events, and knowledge management to drive revenue growth.
Expectations:
* High‑pressure environment with simultaneous strategic projects.
* Deliver rapid, high‑quality results; “good enough” is unacceptable.
* Strong project management, data‑driven decision making, and fast adaptation to feedback.
* 6‑month fixed‑term contract with potential permanent transition.
Key Responsibilities:
* Market & Sales Enablement (50%) – Conduct competitor and trend analyses, refine positioning, translate complex SaaS offerings into compelling sales tools (deck, webinars, case studies).
* Field Marketing & Events (30%) – Own end‑to‑end event strategy (e.g., RMA, DevFest), budget control, lead capture, ROI measurement.
* Knowledge Management (10%) – Build and maintain an up‑to‑date marketing knowledge base; document product value propositions, use cases, market insights.
* Client Advocacy (10%) – Manage client‑centric initiatives (webinars, goodies), reinforce brand leadership at every touchpoint.
Required Skills:
* 5+ years B2B SaaS marketing experience, ideally in a similar role.
* Mastery of the B2B buying journey and sales‑enablement frameworks.
* Exceptional project management – multitasking, autonomous delivery, logistics of events, budgets, cross‑functional deadlines.
* Sales‑centric communication; sharp writing, data‑driven messaging.
* Proficient in CRM tools, especially HubSpot, for client insights and event performance tracking.
* Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement abilities.
* Bilingual: fluent French and English.
* Positive team‑spirit, thrives in fast‑paced, challenging environments, stays current with industry trends.
Nice to Have:

Required Education & Certifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
