Job Description
**Job Title**: DevOps Cloud Lead Engineer **Role Summary**: Lead and manage cloud infrastructure and DevOps strategy for cloud migration, automation, AI integration, and cost optimization in a financial services environment. **Expectations**: - Supervise a team of 2 DevOps Engineers. - Define and execute cloud (AWS, Azure) and DevOps strategy. - Drive modernization of legacy systems to cloud-native/serverless architecture. - Collaborate with IT teams to implement CI/CD and IaC standards. - Oversee cloud security, governance, compliance, and FinOps cost management. **Key Responsibilities**: - Design and implement cloud infrastructure, automation, and AI-driven operational improvements. - Lead re-engineering of applications to scalable, secure, cloud-native solutions. - Enforce CI/CD pipelines, IaC practices, and cloud security protocols. - Monitor cloud performance, optimize costs, and generate executive reports. - Integrate alerting, monitoring systems, and performance tools. **Required Skills**: - 10+ years in infrastructure, cloud engineering, DevOps. - 3+ years supervisory/leadership experience. - Expertise in AWS, Azure, CI/CD pipelines, CloudFormation, Terraform. - Scripting proficiency in Windows environments. - Deep knowledge of cloud security, compliance, vulnerability management. - Experience in Financial Services industry. - Strong stakeholder communication and cross-team collaboration. **Required Education & Certifications**: - Bachelor’s degree in related field. - (No specific certifications required.)
