Job Title: Marketing Operations Intern (UK, Ireland & Nordics)
Role Summary:
Assist regional field marketing teams by executing and supporting campaigns, events, and content initiatives that drive leads and pipeline growth.
Expactations:
Deliver high‑quality campaign execution, maintain lead data integrity, coordinate event logistics, manage asset workflow, and generate basic performance reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate regional email, LinkedIn, landing page, and promotion campaigns, managing schedules, assets, and checklists.
- Capture leads from forms, QR codes, and event lists; upload to CRM, verify and deduplicate data, apply basic tagging, and hand off prepared lead lists.
- Support marketing‑led conferences, workshops, and seminars through pre‑event coordination, on‑site logistics, and post‑event follow‑up.
- Consolidate requests for online/offline campaign and event materials, brief internal teams, manage version control, and facilitate simple localisation.
- Communicate with external vendors on exhibition, printing, shipping, and equipment rental logistics, including scheduling, deadlines, and cost tracking.
- Prepare introductory reports on campaign/event status, costs, lead counts, and engagement metrics.
- Maintain and update operational templates, checklists, and documentation for campaigns and events, and track execution progress.
Required Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using MS Office, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and basic data‑extraction tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and external partners.
- Basic project‑management experience and understanding of field marketing processes.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum) – preferred majors: Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Bioengineering, Chemistry, Biomedical Science, or related fields.
- 1–2 years of experience in Marketing or the Life Sciences industry (internships or projects).
- Master’s degree (MSc) considered a plus, especially in life‑sciences or related disciplines.
- No specific certifications required.
