**Job Title:** Human Resources Coordinator **Role Summary:** Organize and coordinate all people‑operations activities, serving as the primary point of contact for HR inquiries. Manage onboarding logistics, interview scheduling, and HR communications while providing secondary support for HR administration, data integrity, compliance, payroll, and benefits. **Expectations:** - Deliver accurate and timely coordination of HR processes. - Maintain high‑quality communication with candidates, employees, and internal teams. - Adapt quickly in a fast‑paced, contract‑based environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Coordinate HR schedules, meetings, interviews, and events. - Manage onboarding logistics and employee touchpoints. - Act as first contact for HR‑related questions. - Partner with Recruiting to ensure seamless onboarding handoffs. - Support employee lifecycle administration and maintain HR documentation. - Ensure data accuracy in HRIS systems. - Assist with compliance tasks (I‑9 verification, background checks). - Support payroll and benefits coordination. **Required Skills:** - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Proficiency with scheduling and collaboration tools; experience with Greenhouse or other HRIS platforms preferred. - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote/hybrid setting. - Detail‑oriented with a focus on data accuracy and compliance. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (any field) or equivalent work experience. - Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply. - No specific certifications required; HR‑related certifications are a plus.
