The Role

We're looking for a highly organized HR Coordinator to serve as the central point of coordination for people operations. This role is coordination-first, with HR operations support as a secondary responsibility. Ideal for someone who thrives on scheduling, communication, and execution.

What You'll Do (Primary Focus)

• Coordinate HR activities, schedules, and communications

• Manage onboarding logistics and employee touchpoints

• Schedule interviews, meetings, and HR events

• Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related questions

• Partner closely with Recruiting to ensure smooth onboarding handoffs

HR Ops Support (Secondary)

• Support employee lifecycle administration and HR documentation

• Maintain data accuracy in HRIS systems

• Assist with compliance tasks (I-9s, background checks)

• Support payroll and benefits coordination

What We’re Looking For

Experience in an HR Coordinator, Recruiting Coordinator, or similar coordination-focused role
Strong organizational and communication skills
Experience with Greenhouse and/or HRIS systems is a plus
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, coordination-heavy environment
Recent college graduates are welcome to apply

Contract Details

• 1099 Independent Contractor

• 3-month rolling contract (extensions possible)

• Austin-based, hybrid role
