Job Description
**Job Title** Undergraduate Enrollment Management Officer – Licences Office **Role Summary** Oversee the academic administration of the Bachelor’s Licences (Management) portfolio, managing student admissions, scheduling, grading, document issuance, and coordination with faculty and support services. **Expectations** Provide accurate, timely, and compliant support for all enrollment and academic processes. Uphold confidentiality, demonstrate initiative, and foster effective communication among students, staff, and external stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** - Administer secretariat functions for Licence (Management) programmes. - Process registrations, prepare course and exam timetables, organise jury sessions, deliberations and minutes. - Manage room reservations, class changes, and absence records. - Issue grade statements and diplomas. - Conduct candidate selection: receive, verify, and track applications via eCandidat; communicate results. - Prepare and distribute information materials to students. - Welcome students, provide guidance, and issue documents. - Coordinate with faculty on scheduling, exam preparation, logistics, grade entry, and remedial sessions. - Liaise with planning service and library as needed. **Required Skills** - Knowledge of higher‑education enrollment regulations and procedures; proficiency in APOGEE. - Ability to organise, prioritise, and meet deadlines. - Strong written communication and formatting skills. - Awareness of public‑sector service delivery and confidentiality rules. - Proactiveness, teamwork, flexibility, and problem‑solving in urgent situations. - Fluency in English; additional foreign languages advantageous. **Required Education & Certifications** - Minimum 1 year of experience in academic or enrollment administration (public sector or comparable). - No formal degree prerequisite; equivalent experience accepted. - Relevant certifications in academic administration or systems management preferred.
