Job title: Software Engineer Role Summary: Develop and maintain scalable web and backend applications for client-facing projects, primarily focusing on dashboards, automation, and data visualization. Collaborate closely with a technical team on database design, API development, and deployment. Expactations: Deliver clean, well‑documented, testable code; actively participate in code reviews and troubleshooting; work full‑time (40 hrs/week) in a remote setting; comply with F‑1 STEM OPT training plan requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Design, code, and maintain web and backend services. - Collaborate on database schema design, API development, and integration with CSV files or external systems. - Write unit and integration tests, ensuring high code quality. - Conduct code reviews, debug issues, and manage deployments. - Build and support medical order tracking dashboards and data automation pipelines. Required Skills: - Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Java. - Experience with Django/Flask, React, and/or Node.js. - Knowledge of relational (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL (MongoDB) databases. - Version control using Git. - Excellent problem‑solving and communication abilities.
