Software Engineer / Developer (STEM OPT Eligible)

Position Overview

We’re looking for a Software Engineer / Developer who’s passionate about turning real-world problems into clean, scalable code. You’ll work closely with our technical team on live client projects including internal dashboards, automation scripts, and data visualization tools.

This role is STEM OPT eligible, and we are authorized to employ F-1 students on active STEM OPT extensions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain web and backend applications.
Collaborate on database design, APIs, and integrations (CSV or external systems).
Write clean, well-documented, and testable code.
Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and deployment.
Support real-world projects such as medical order tracking dashboards and data automation pipelines.

Preferred Skills

Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Java.
Experience with frameworks like Django / Flask / React / Node.js.
Understanding of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB).
Familiarity with Git / version control.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Education & Eligibility

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related STEM field.
Eligible for employment under F-1 STEM OPT (Form I-983 training plan supported).

Employment Details

Start Date: January
Full-time (40 hrs/week)
Compensation: Based on experience
Location: Remote
