Job Title: Business Development Manager Role Summary: Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and enhancing client relations within the digital marketing and brand consulting sector. Expactations: • Deliver a robust pipeline of qualified prospects and close new business deals. • Expand service revenue through cross‑selling and upselling to existing accounts. • Build and sustain long‑term client relationships with CXO stakeholders. • Present compelling proposals aligned with client needs and industry best practices. • Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure client satisfaction and achieve revenue targets. Key Responsibilities: • Research and analyze market trends to uncover growth opportunities. • Act as a proactive sales hunter, sourcing and qualifying leads. • Develop and present customized business proposals to prospective clients. • Identify and execute cross‑sell and upsell initiatives within current portfolios. • Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems. • Partner with internal teams (creative, strategy, execution) to deliver on client expectations. • Monitor and report on sales metrics, pipeline health, and forecast revenue. • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to enhance brand presence.
