Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in London. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, creating business strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and business success.

Responsibilities:

Strong business development, sales, and strategic planning skills
Function as a sales hunter to pursue and secure new business opportunities
Collaborate with the business development team to prepare and present compelling proposals, aligning with client needs and industry best practices
Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to expand service offerings within existing client accounts, driving revenue growth.
Experience in market research, business analysis, and identifying growth opportunities
Ability to foster and maintain long-term client relationships
Strong organisational and time management skills
Proficiency in CRM tools and other business development platforms

Required skills:

5+ years of experience in sales or business development
Experience working with clients or CXOs
Strong communication skills
Good presentation, analytical, and research skills
The result-oriented person with a high level of self-organisation
Self-motivated to generate and exploit new opportunities
Ability to plan your own work and work independently
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Will be a plus:

Experience in handling Digital Marketing or Brand Consulting clients, ideally within a marketing agency
