Job Description
**Job Title:** Sr. Salesforce Administrator **Role Summary:** Remote Salesforce and CRM Administrator responsible for owning the Salesforce platform roadmap, configuration, and data governance (≈70%) while performing business analysis for enterprise applications (≈30%). Provides Tier 2/3 support, training, and collaborates with vendors and internal stakeholders. **Expectations:** - Minimum 5 years hands‑on Salesforce administration. - Salesforce Certified Administrator (required). - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a matrixed, remote environment. - Up to 10 % travel. - Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define and maintain the Salesforce platform roadmap, backlog, and stakeholder alignment. - Configure and extend Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (security, page layouts, automation, Flow Builder). - Build no‑code/low‑code solutions; partner with MSP for enhancements and integrations. - Ensure data quality, security, user adoption, and provide Tier 2/3 support and training. - Stay current on Salesforce releases; pursue relevant certifications. - Gather, document, and prioritize requirements for non‑CRM initiatives; produce BRDs, process flows, and functional specifications. - Analyze business processes, recommend improvements and automation opportunities. - Coordinate with IT, transformation executives, and third‑party vendors/consultants. **Required Skills:** - Salesforce administration (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) and data hygiene. - Flow Builder development. - Business analysis: requirements elicitation, BRD creation, functional spec writing. - Vendor/consultant management. - Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and organizational abilities. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field **or** equivalent experience. - Salesforce Certified Administrator (mandatory). - Strong Trailhead record. **Preferred (Additional) Qualifications:** - Salesforce Platform App Builder certification (or ability to obtain). - Experience with Salesforce Maps, Manufacturing Cloud, or Field Service Lightning. - Knowledge of Visualforce, LWC, or Apex triggers. - Familiarity with Tableau or Power BI. - Salesforce Advanced Administrator or consultant‑level certifications. - Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
