Job Description
**Job Title** Country Sales Manager – Industrial Fasteners **Role Summary** Lead and expand the French market for high‑precision fastening systems. Own the national sales strategy, grow new business, and manage a remote technical sales team while acting as the primary liaison with headquarters and key industrial customers. **Expectations** - Deliver sustainable revenue growth in France while maintaining profitability. - Build and develop a high‑performance field sales team. - Maintain strong business relationships with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and key industrial groups. - Act as senior commercial ambassador, representing the company at events and forums. **Key Responsibilities** - Define, communicate, and execute the French sales strategy. - Identify priority industries, regions, and target customers. - Lead, coach, and evaluate Technical Sales Representatives; set targets, KPIs, and performance expectations. - Provide expertise in complex negotiations, key customer meetings, and technical discussions. - Recruit and onboard additional sales talent as needed. - Personally manage strategic key accounts and high‑potential prospects; support RFQs and framework agreements. - Coordinate pricing, offers, and contract negotiations with internal product and engineering teams. - Ensure rigorous CRM usage, accurate forecasting, and reporting. - Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs, and customer forums. - Travel regularly across France; maintain a valid driver’s licence. **Required Skills** - B2B technical sales leadership experience (Industrial fasteners, automotive or mechanical engineering). - Proven track record in new business development and team management. - Strong commercial acumen with strategic and executional balance. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Technically curious, able to understand engineered products and applications. - Native French speaker; professional working proficiency in English. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent. - Relevant sales or technical certifications are a plus. ---
