**Job Title** Regional Sales Manager (End Customer) **Role Summary** Lead direct end‑customer sales across the UK&I region, driving new acquisition and expansion of mid‑market and enterprise accounts to achieve quarterly revenue targets. **Expectations** - Deliver on assigned sales quotas and growth metrics. - Maintain a robust pipeline and accurate forecasting. - Build trusted relationships with key decision makers (CISOs, IT leaders). - Collaborate with pre‑sales, marketing, and technical teams to tailor solutions. **Key Responsibilities** - Identify and target high‑potential end customers in the UK&I region. - Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities. - Execute the complete sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, negotiation, and closing. - Conduct outbound prospecting, follow up on inbound leads, and attend industry events. - Deliver product demos, presentations, and commercial proposals. - Map product value to customer pain points and business outcomes. - Maintain accurate records of opportunities, activities, and forecasts in Salesforce and Clari. - Provide regular pipeline updates, forecasts, and performance reports to leadership. - Ensure proper documentation of contracts and sales interactions. **Required Skills** - 5‑10 years of software or cybersecurity sales experience in the UK&I market. - Proven success closing mid‑market and enterprise deals. - Structured, consultative sales approach with an ownership mindset. - Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management. - Solid understanding of cybersecurity/SaaS sales processes and enterprise buying cycles. - Ability to travel within the UK and occasionally across Europe. - Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce) and sales forecasting tools. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Relevant certifications (e.g., CSX, CISSP, or equivalent) preferred but not mandatory.
