Job Title: Sales and Marketing Director
Role Summary: Develop and execute an integrated sales and marketing strategy for a first‑of‑its‑kind luxury residential platform. Build, mentor, and grow a high‑performance sales team focused on high‑net‑worth clientele, manage the entire sales funnel, and optimize marketing performance and spend.
Expectations:
- Drive revenue growth by scaling consultative sales operations and expanding client base.
- Deliver measurable improvements in conversion rates, sales velocity, and marketing ROI.
- Provide data‑driven insights to inform pricing, incentives, and market positioning.
- Maintain disciplined budgetary control while allocating resources to high‑impact initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, coach, and lead a team of luxury sales consultants.
- Own the end‑to‑end sales funnel: lead generation, qualification, closing, and post‑sale relationship management.
- Design and execute multi‑channel campaigns (digital, experiential, referral, broker, partnership) to support lead generation and brand awareness.
- Manage and optimize HubSpot CRM – pipeline, workflows, automation, reporting, and attribution.
- Track and analyze performance metrics; implement improvements to increase conversion and ROI.
- Create sales processes, training materials, scripts, and performance benchmarks.
- Collaborate with leadership on pricing, incentives, inventory strategy, and positioning.
- Oversee marketing budget, ensuring data‑driven allocation of spend.
Required Skills:
- Proven leadership in luxury real‑estate, cruising, hospitality, yachting, or high‑ticket lifestyle sales.
- Hands‑on expertise with HubSpot CRM (pipeline, automation, reporting).
- Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills for financial modeling and forecasting.
- Strong analytical mindset; ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Comfortable operating in a fast‑moving, entrepreneurial environment.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
- Certifications in HubSpot Marketing/Sales or relevant sales and CRM courses preferred.
