Avora Residences is redefining luxury living through full-ownership private residences aboard a global, residential ship—introducing a new category at the intersection of real estate, hospitality, and global travel. As we prepare to launch the first vessel in the Avora fleet, we are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Director to build, lead, and scale our sales and marketing organization.

This is a rare opportunity to shape the commercial strategy of a first-of-its-kind luxury residential platform from the ground up.

Role Overview

The Sales & Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and executing an integrated sales and marketing strategy, building and managing a team of luxury sales consultants, and continuously optimizing marketing performance and spend. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong analytical skills, CRM expertise, and a proven ability to scale high-value, consultative sales operations.

This is a hybrid position, with 1–2 days per week in person at our Pembroke Pines, Florida offices.

Key Responsibilities
Build, lead, and manage a team of luxury sales consultants focused on high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clientele
Own the end-to-end sales funnel, from lead generation through closing and post-sale relationship management
Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, experiential, referral, broker, and partnership-driven)
Manage and optimize CRM workflows, reporting, and automation using HubSpot
Track and analyze performance metrics to continuously improve conversion rates, sales velocity, and marketing ROI
Develop sales processes, training programs, scripts, and performance benchmarks
Collaborate closely with leadership to align pricing, incentives, inventory strategy, and market positioning
Oversee marketing budgets and ensure disciplined, data-driven allocation of spend
Qualifications & Experience
Proven experience leading sales and marketing teams in Cruising, luxury real estate, hospitality, yachting, private aviation, or high-value lifestyle assets
Strong hands-on expertise with HubSpot CRM, including pipeline management, automation, reporting, and attribution
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (financial modeling, forecasting, performance tracking)
Demonstrated success building and scaling sales teams in a high-ticket, consultative sales environment
Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate analytics into actionable strategy
Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
